According to the Federal Ministry of Digitalization and Economic Development, business consultants are entitled to act as Covid-19 representatives, provided they have positively completed the necessary training.
We as SOLID are extremely pleased about this opportunity to successfully implement events and measures with our customers and partners.
In this regard, we take care of the following areas, among others:

regulations to control the flow of visitors,
specific hygiene regulations,
regulations on what to do in the event of a SARS Cov-2 infection,
regulations concerning the use of sanitary facilities,
regulations concerning the serving of food and beverages

Gladly also for your project!

SOLID was allowed to conduct an in-depth Feasibility Study for the Internationale Bodenseekonferenz (D/A/CH/FL) on the topic of the Summer EYOF Bodenseeregion, building on the previouse basic analysis. The result of the study was presented at the 41st Conference of IBK-Heads of Government.

Not many events could take place in 2020. There were exceptions. The E-BIKE FEST Wexl Trails 2020 could take place despite restrictions in a “small-version” at the legendary Wexl Trails. The latest models from renowned manufacturers (NOX, Greyp, Woom) were tested and EvilEye provided the right view.
We are already looking forward to next year!

SOLID supported Stockholm Åre in their bid for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games 2026. Being the world leader in sustainability and the number three of the global democracy index, it appeared that Sweden might be a great fit to partner with the recently reform driven IOC to innovate around the Winter Games.

SOLID was tasked to support the development and presentation of the mobility concept for the bid. A dream job considering the existing infrastructure and sustainable policies in place in Stockholm (global #2 in Arthur D. Little Urban Mobility Index 2018) and across the whole country.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a supporting majority within the IOC membership for the proposed bid. Despite all stated IOC reforms, there was rather interest in evolution than in revolution. With the vote from June 2019, the opportunity to stage the first truly sustainable Winter Games and benefit from an innovation power house like Sweden has been missed.

Congratulations to our competitors from Milan Cortina 2026!

E-BIKE FEST St. Anton 2019 from June 21st to 23rd was again a great success! The exhibiting manufacturers like official presenting partner HAIBIKE and others such as Scott, Nox Cycles, Mondraker, BH Bikes and KTM had a busy weekend with all bikes out on the trails around beautiful St. Anton for the whole time. The e-bikes were powered with green electricity from Arlberg Strom. Our guided tours on offer were fully booked and great fun for all participants. Additionally, THULE E-BIKE RALLYE and AUDI Driving Experience were also well received by all visitors. We are looking forward to seeing you again in St. Anton am Arlberg on the 19th to the 21st June 2020!

The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Åre 2019 are successfully concluded. Despite challenging weather conditions the whole team and especially the volunteers did an amazing job in pulling off a great event in Swedens Jämtland region. SOLID supported the volunteer programme with IT and strategic advice. With impressive ski racing performances amongst women and men plus legends Lindsey Vonn and Aksel Lund Svindal retiring at the event, there was plenty of emotional moments for everyone. The Stockholm city FIS World Cup at Hammarbybacken right after Åre 2019 gave a great finish to an amazing two weeks of winter wonderland times in Sweden!

The Berlin 2018 European Athletics Championships finished and have been the “best ever,” according to European Athletics President Svein Arne Hansen. As part of the inaugural multi-sport European Championships viewership numbers were hugely successful for both broadcast and on-site in the Olympic stadium in Berlin. The incredible live atmosphere pushed the athletes to many personal bests and shiny medals which were awarded at the Berlin city center “European Mile” at Breitscheidplatz. SOLID provided a turnkey solution for the volunteer programme including a five person strong management team in the Olympic Park, the volunteer management tool and all the know-how behind it to recruit, train and manage 2500 volunteers who made this event possible and gave it their friendly faces. A big thank you to all volunteers who were part of this, especially our unique group of long-term volunteers – you are amazing!

A unique and unforgettable experience in the Tirolean Mountains, combining product testing with everything necessary to know about e-bikes in front of an impressive backdrop – this and much more was offered at the first E-BIKE FEST St. Anton powered by HAIBIKE.

This year the summer season in St. Anton am Arlberg opened with a special and inaugural bike event – from 22nd – 24th June 2018 everything revolved around the topic of e-mobility on the mountain.

In and around the event center, the top suppliers of the industry such as Haibike, Scott, Nox, Mondraker and others presented the latest e-bikes and related innovations. E-bikers of all ages and performance groups and those still in the making had the opportunity to test the latest products in front of a unique backdrop.

We are already looking forward to the 2nd edition of the event in 2019! Be there or be square!

During the 24th European Athletics Championships (7 – 12 August 2018) in the Berlin Olympic Stadium and on the streets of the sports metropolis, more than 3000 volunteers will be involved, supporting Berlin 2018 in many ways on a voluntary basis.

On May 26th 2018 750 volunteers came together at the Horst-Korber-Sportzentrum in Berlin to get to know each other and get into the mood of the European Athletics Championships.

Aleksander Dzembritzki, State Secretary for the Interior and Sports and Norbert Brenner, CEO of Berlin 2018, highlighted the importance of volunteer work and expressed deep gratitude for the volunteers commitment. How important the volunteers are, not only for the event but also for the around 1600 athletes, was reported by former top athletes.

Furthermore a varied program icluding musical entertainment and  shows was presented.  Of course the volunteer kick-off event could not end without the introduction of all heads of department and the presentation of the volunteer clothing that was shown for the first time.
